Songdo Convensia, an international convention center, has one basement floor and four above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 117,163㎡. The exhibition hall covers a total area of 17,021㎡, accommodating up to 900 booths, and the two ballrooms can hold up to 3,000 people. Additionally, it can simultaneously operate up to 35 medium and small meeting rooms that accommodate groups ranging from 30 to 500 people, making it an optimal venue for domestic and international MICE events. Songdo Convensia boasts a unique exterior inspired by the Taebaek Mountain Range and a luxurious interior design, offering a sophisticated aesthetic rarely seen in Korea. These features have also made it a popular filming location for various broadcasts and performances. Events open to the general public are held frequently, and the facility is well-equipped, making it a great place to visit for a day out. It offers a variety of restaurants and cafes, as well as small entertainment options throughout. Notable attractions include a corner where visitors can experience Songdo Convensia and Incheon landmarks through VR, and a 3D hologram zone that allows visitors to enjoy Incheon through three-dimensional images. It provides a comfortable rest area along with an interactive media wall and experiential spaces utilizing various smart content such as VR/AR, games, and holograms.
