Why travelers stop here
Located behind Seopori Beach, the Seopori Wellbeing Trail opened in March 2007. This trail, laid with wooden decks through a pine forest over 100 years old, stimulates the senses with a strong scent of pine as you walk, naturally making you feel healthier in body and mind. At the entrance of the trail, there is an information board explaining the benefits of forest bathing, the features of the trail, and how to enjoy wellbeing forest bathing. You can also read about the concept of wellbeing forest bathing, which suggests that staying in the forest for at least three hours is necessary for effectiveness. The reason Seopori Wellbeing Trail is excellent is that you can enjoy a slow walk in the forest after swimming in the sea. The trail starts from the parking lot, and as you go deeper inside, you encounter pine trees that are twisted and shaped in various forms. You will pass by two trees growing close together that have merged over time into one (yeonriji), a pine tunnel, benches in the pine forest, and a mini golf putting game area. After walking about 300 meters, a road leading into the village appears, and beyond this road, the trail continues. The trail ends at a spacious deck plaza at two branches. Even after sunset, the Seopori Wellbeing Trail is illuminated by bright streetlights, making it convenient for walking, so a leisurely stroll after dinner would be charming.
