Cheongsong Ori

Cheongsong Ori is a specialty restaurant for grilled duck in clay, located in Incheon Metropolitan City. It operates on a reservation-only basis. The reason is that the sulfur-fed duck must be cooked in a clay kiln for over three hours, requiring a long preparation time. Although this may be somewhat inconvenient, it is necessary to enjoy the taste of clay-baked duck. Because the duck is cooked in clay, the fat is removed, resulting in a light and tender texture.
