Gayeon Sikdang is located a 10-minute walk from Exit 2 of Incheon Station. It has been run by the same family since it opened in 1996. Signature menu items include nutritious dolsotbap (stone pot rice) made with healthy grains such as black rice, millet, and sorghum, as well as spicy stir-fried webfoot octopus (jjukkkumi bokkeum). Among the side dishes, the barzaegak ssamjang (clam ssamjang) is famous. This ssamjang, made with soybean powder, soybean curd residue, and clams, is a special side dish that has even been trademarked.
