Daedonggang

Daedonggang is a Korean restaurant located at 14-6 Cheongnyang-ro 86beon-gil, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon (Dongchun-dong). It specializes in barley salted dried pollack set meal (bori gulbi jeongsik). Additionally, it also specializes in beef flank and beef skirt meat. The signature menu is the barley salted dried pollack set meal served with rice in green tea water. Eight types of side dishes, including seasoned zucchini, are provided. Another signature menu here is the Daedonggang course. The course meal can only be enjoyed with a reservation for 4 or more people, and it consists of special cuts of Korean beef, deodeok gui (grilled deodeok root), grilled mountain trout, barley salted dried pollack, and various side dishes.
