Sotgojip

Sotgojip is located in Songdo Triple Street Building D, Exit 2 of Campus Town Station on Incheon Subway Line 1, at 33-4 Songdo Science-ro 16beon-gil, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon. Parking is available in the underground parking lot of the building. This restaurant serves meat aged at a set temperature for a set time. It only offers homemade Korean kimchi. The exterior is clean, as it is a new building. Basic side dishes can be refilled at the self-service bar. Signature menu items include pot-lid cut whole kimchi samgyeop (pork belly) and pot-lid marbled beef brisket. Other dishes include Sotgojip naengmyeon (cold noodles), jjolmyeon (chewy noodles), yeolmu guksu (summer radish noodles), kimchi jjigae (kimchi stew), and budae jjigae (army stew).
