Samdae Incheon Gejang

Opened in 1962, this restaurant has a long history of over 60 years and, as its name suggests, has been passing down the taste of handcrafted dishes through three generations. It uses only Yeonpyeongdo blue crabs and marinates soy sauce crabs in traditionally aged soy sauce. Made with a low-salt aging method, the soy sauce crabs are not too salty, allowing you to fully savor the umami flavor of soy sauce marinated crabs.
