Seonmi Jeong

The foot bath is the signature menu of Seonmi Jeong, which has 30 years of history and know-how in flavor. From around 10 PM until dawn the next day, beef shanks are simmered, the bones are removed, and the meat is marinated in seasoning and served separately. Because it is simmered for so long, the meat melts in your mouth. The broth is seasoned only with green onions, garlic, and salt, and when eaten with rice, it has a savory and deep flavor. There are group seats inside the restaurant, so group dining is possible, and parking is available at the free public parking lot right in front of the restaurant.
