Indong Janchi Guksu

Indong Janchi Guksu is a noodle restaurant located in Hyoseong-dong, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon. Despite having a spacious dedicated parking lot, the restaurant itself is somewhat small, so there may be a wait. However, the turnover rate is high, making it worth the wait. The menu consists of three items: Janchi Guksu (banquet noodles), Bibim Guksu (mixed noodles), and Kong Guksu (soybean noodle soup, seasonal menu). The portions are generous, as indicated by a notice asking those who eat less to inform the staff in advance. If desired, an extra serving of noodles is provided free of charge, but the rule is one menu item per person. The Janchi Guksu has a rich broth, and the Bibim Guksu is not spicy and delicious. The kimchi is made fresh daily in-house.
