Toga

Toga is a restaurant located in Hwado-myeon, Ganghwa-gun, Incheon, specializing in handmade tofu made directly from Ganghwa beans. The name Toga means 'mud house,' and it features a rustic interior with spacious seating. The menu primarily consists of tofu dishes such as sundubu jjigae (soft tofu stew), tofu and pork hot pot, and tofu kimchi, with deep and rich flavors being the highlight. Additionally, it offers various dishes including som kalguksu (clam noodle soup), buckwheat pancakes, chive pancakes, and stir-fried pork.
