Sushi Iwa

Sushi Iwa is located near Central Park in Songdo International City, Incheon, close to Exit 3 of Central Park Station on Incheon Subway Line 1. Reservations can be made through the Catch Table website, and a deposit is required before visiting. The signature menu is omakase. Before the meal, a truffle-scented chawanmushi is served first. Other dishes include sea bass, halibut, bluefin tuna, red sea bream, squid, aged halibut, grilled eggplant with miso sauce, and udon. After the meal, drip coffee and peanut ice cream are served as dessert.
