Why travelers stop here
Opened in November 2010 as Asia's largest zipwire, Skyline Zipwire is a leisure facility installed by Gapyeong County, Gyeonggi Tourism Organization, and Naminara Republic Namiseom Island to promote eco-friendly tourism. It is Asia's largest wire riding facility, using a wire rope of 640m toward Jaraseom Island and 940m toward Namiseom Island from an 80m-high tower at the Namiseom Gapyeong Ferry Terminal, allowing users to glide down without power. Additionally, this zipwire, which flies through the sky at a maximum speed of 80 km/h by gravity-powered free fall, is an eco-friendly sport that produces no noise or harmful pollutants.
