Why travelers stop here
Bukhansan Dulle-gil is a low-altitude horizontal walking trail created by connecting and refining existing paths to allow for a gentle walk along the foothills of Bukhansan. Of the total 71.5 km, 45.7 km including the Seoul section and Uiryeong-gil were opened on September 7, 2010, and the remaining 25.8 km section was opened on June 30, 2011. The Dulle-gil, where people and nature walk as one, consists of 21 themes in the forms of water paths, dirt paths, forest paths, and village walking trails. It is a trail that anyone can easily use, preserving our precious nature and allowing experiences of history, culture, and ecology. Among the 21 themes, Section 12, Chungui-gil, is a section that combines a forest path from Sagimak Valley to Solgogae and a sidewalk from Solgogae to Gyohyeon-ri. In particular, the forest path crossing the left slope of Sangjangbong is a newly created trail, with few people and beautiful mountain scenery. On the sidewalk running alongside the wide-open Route 39, peaks such as Baegundae, Insubong, and Mangyeongdae are visible at a glance. The total distance is 3.7 km, and it takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
