Sammakgok Fishing Spot

Located on the road from Suwon Gwanggyo to Yongin Guseong. The village name began to be called Sammakgok because it looks like a samtaegi (a type of winnowing basket), and the surrounding scenery is excellent, with a campsite and a tourist farm nearby. In particular, Sammakgok Fishing Spot boasts large scale and clean facilities, and the harmony of forest and water makes it an ideal resting place. Famous for carp fishing, the water depth here is about 2.5m, and the float rise and the feel of the catch are good. There is a large parking lot, modern seating platforms and bungalows, flush toilets, simple shower rooms, and a shop selling food. It is close to Seoul, so many people visit after work on weekdays.
