Dr. Yoo's Kalguksu

Dr. Yoo's Kalguksu is a popular kalguksu (noodle soup) restaurant in Paengseong-eup, Gyeonggi Province. The signature dish, kalguksu, features a light broth made with plenty of clams, and the noodles are made with glutinous rice flour and chives, making them soft and easy on the stomach. Other popular menu items include tender bossam (boiled pork) and crispy kkanpung-gaji (fried eggplant with sweet and spicy sauce) that pairs well with the sauce. Additionally, the cream cheese wanton, which is filled with cream cheese and deep-fried until crispy, is addictive when dipped in the accompanying sweet chili sauce.
