Wanggol Namseomun Wood-Fired Bear Soup

This is a bear soup restaurant that has been run by two generations. It adheres to the method of boiling in a cauldron using wood fire. Popular menu items include king rib soup, oxtail bear soup, and brisket bear soup. Fresh meat is carefully trimmed and seasoned to maintain the flavor. In summer, cold noodles are also sold. Many customers visit after using the campsite or golf course, and because it is located on a main road, many people stop by while driving. All menu items are available for takeout, and spicy braised ribs are also sold at the annex. The broth, made from a combination of Korean beef leg bones, imported brisket, and lean beef, has a deep flavor.
