Only carefully selected good ingredients are used, and the restaurant owner personally trims, prepares, and makes the dumplings. You can enjoy handmade rolled dumplings along with fresh vegetables and mushrooms. The meat for Pongdang dumplings is made using only the highest grade G.F (Grain-fed) grade from clean Australian beef. The spicy and crunchy cabbage geotjeori, which is mixed fresh every morning, is also a pride of Pongdang dumplings. Even the pickles, salad, and dressing are made in-house and served to customers.
