Gaejju-ru

Gaejju-ru is a shabu-shabu specialty restaurant located in Ichung-dong, Pyeongtaek-si. The interior, remodeled from a Western-style restaurant, is classic and stylish. Each table has a kiosk for ordering and payment. When you order, you are served soy sauce, a spicy ssamjang-like peanut sauce, chili sauce, sirloin, mushrooms, vegetables, noodles, dumplings, and porridge. The broth is divided in half in the pot—one side slightly spicy and the other non-spicy, making it suitable for children. Once the broth boils, add vegetables and seafood, then udon noodles and dumplings, and finally an egg to cook the porridge.
