This is a restaurant specializing in 100% Korean beef tteokgalbi and pork galbi grilled in a Damyang-style brick oven, served with pure buckwheat naengmyeon. The meat is grilled in a brick oven so that the smell does not permeate your clothes, and the charcoal flavor is preserved, evoking nostalgia for the old days when grandmothers grilled meat over briquette fires. The pure buckwheat is milled in-house, and the broth is made by simmering bones from an entire Korean cow. The buckwheat noodles, which highlight the natural taste of buckwheat rather than the seasoning, are another delicacy.
