Unjeonggol Gamjatang

Unjeonggol Gamjatang is a gamjatang specialty restaurant located in Yadang-dong, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do. All processes from ingredient preparation to cooking and serving are done in-house. They do not use any large-scale supplier-type seolleongtang kits or synthetic seasonings, and all menu items are personally boiled in a hot cauldron. There are various menu options including ugeoji bone hangover soup, aged kimchi bone hangover soup, bean sprout bone hangover soup, and yang hangover soup for meals, as well as fresh pork belly, beef ribs, and other meat dishes, and stews such as gamjatang and fresh meat kimchi jeongol.
