Maetdol Uri Kong Gamjatang is a gamjatang specialty restaurant located in Munbal-dong, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do. The signature menu items include kongbiji gamjatang (pork bone soup with soybean curd residue) and ppye haejangguk (hangover soup with bones). There is also a squirrel donkkaseu (pork cutlet) for children. The broth is savory thanks to the soybean curd residue, and the meat is tender, not tough. It is also delicious to stir-fry rice in the remaining broth. The radish kimchi and napa cabbage kimchi served together go well with the dishes.
