Hwanggeum Jangsuchon

Hwanggeum Jangsuchon is a nurungji (scorched rice) baek-suk (chicken soup) specialty restaurant near Busan-ri Reservoir. It is a clean and large building with a spacious parking lot right in front, making parking convenient. The interior is spacious enough to accommodate large groups, with many tables. This place uses only Sanghwang mushrooms from Jirisan, Hwanggi from Geumsan, ginseng from Geumsan, chestnuts from Gongju, jujubes from Gyeongsan, Gyeongbuk, rice from Hamyang, and domestic kimchi ingredients. Cooking time may take long, so it is recommended to make a reservation. Basic side dishes are brought directly, and additional side dishes can be obtained from the self-service bar.
