Jangbokgol

Jangbokgol is a Korean course meal restaurant located at 162 Yeoju Nam-ro (Yeonra-dong), Yeoju-si, Gyeonggi-do. Jangbokgol operates on a 100% reservation system for ingredient management. The basic set menu starts with a salad and includes US Prime chuck flap steak, grilled native Korean eel, lobster, grilled seasonal seafood, and clam soup served as a course. Various side dishes are provided as basic table settings. The steak is thick yet tender, and the eel is plump with a savory flavor without any muddy smell. The lobster is topped with plenty of cheese and grilled deliciously, and the grilled seasonal seafood includes cheese scallops, abalone, shrimp, and grilled pen shells. The clam soup, with its refreshing and clean taste, lightens the latter part of the meal. Notably, you can also taste Maldon salt, a premium low-sodium salt with a 130-year-old British royal certification.
