Giljo is a Korean restaurant located in Buknae-myeon, Yeoju-si, Gyeonggi-do. It is known as a popular restaurant near golf courses and for hangover soup. The term 'Gosong' in Gosong Beef Hangover Soup is a combination of the words for shiitake mushrooms and pine mushrooms, indicating that the soup is loaded with mushrooms, making it Giljo's signature dish. It is filled with hanwoo brisket, mushrooms, and radish, with a subtle aroma of pine mushrooms, and the broth is deep, rich, refreshing, and clean.
