Gimpobamnamujip

Gimpobamnamujip is a restaurant specializing in baek-suk (Korean chicken soup) and samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup) located in Seokmo-ri, Yangchon-eup, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do. It is a cauldron baek-suk restaurant with a spacious parking lot, using only healthy ingredients. Signature menu items include yaksun nurungji baek-suk (crispy rice chicken soup with medicinal herbs), neungi baek-suk (with duck or chicken), dak-bokkeum-tang (spicy stir-fried chicken), and ot baek-suk (with duck or chicken). Chicken and duck are boiled in a large cauldron with various medicinal herbs over a wood fire, resulting in a deep and rich broth. Side dishes are made in-house, giving a home-cooked countryside meal feel.
