Menya Gokoro

Located in Woncheon-dong, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, Menya Gokoro is Suwon's first maze soba specialty restaurant. It is situated in a back alley near Ajou University in Suwon and has no parking lot. The interior is spacious, featuring counter seats, tables for two and four, and a noodle-making room. The main menu item, Mazemen, is a compound word combining the Japanese word 'maze' (meaning to mix) and 'men' (meaning noodles), and can be described as Japanese-style bibim noodles. At Menya Gokoro, both the broth and noodles are made in-house, and all cooking begins after ordering, so it takes some time for the food to be served.
