Beolgyo Chueotang

Located in Yeongtong-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, Beolgyo Chueotang is a loach soup specialty restaurant that has continued its tradition for three generations. Chueotang is an excellent restorative food for recovering energy. Here, they boil domestic loach daily to make a rich broth, serving Jeolla-do style chueotang with a pot-cooked rice. In addition to kimchi and cubed radish kimchi, various basic side dishes such as namul, salted seafood, and soy sauce braised meat are provided, and individual pot rice is served. During meal times, there may be a wait at Beolgyo Chueotang; you write down your name and number of people and wait to be guided. Chueotang can be packaged excluding the rice.
