This is a place where you can taste eels raised in an eco-friendly manner without disinfection or antibiotics, and they are sold at reasonable prices without distribution margins. The eels are farmed using a circulating filtration system without using harmful prohibited drugs, and have received G-fish certification from the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries Research Institute and HACCP certification from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. You can prepare side dishes and rice separately and eat them together with the grilled eel ordered at the restaurant. If you have not prepared them, you can purchase instant rice, sausages, ramen, and other foods at the Galilee Mart at the entrance of the restaurant.
