Bu-il Golchang Sundae Guk is a specialty restaurant for pork intestine hot pot (golchang jeongol) that has been carrying on traditional flavors since 1984. The intestines are cleaned for 6 hours every day, and only carefully selected ingredients are used for vegetables and chili powder. Even the intestine seasoning and kkakdugi (radish kimchi) are made in-house. The signature menu is golchang jeongol, and there are also head meat (meoritgogi), sulguk (soup with rice and meat), sundae guk (blood sausage soup), king mandu (dumplings), and a plate of sundae. It is a 'Baeknyeon Gage' (Century Store) officially certified by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups for its excellence and growth potential.
