Dwaeji Maeul Sundae-guk

A sundae-guk (blood sausage soup) specialty restaurant located in Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do. It has separate old and new buildings, allowing guests to dine in their preferred space. Various menu items are available, including sundae-guk, sundae-jeongsik (set meal), sundae-gopchang-jeongol (stew), sundae, head meat, osori-gamtu (a type of head meat), and assorted sundae. The sundae-jeongsik must be ordered for at least two people. When ordering sundae-guk, it is served with green onions, chopped chili peppers, salted shrimp, perilla powder, seasoned sauce, salt, and pepper, which can be added according to taste. The sundae-guk has no off-flavors and features a harmonious blend of generous, diverse ingredients and hot broth. Leftover food can be packed.
