A specialized kudzu naengmyeon restaurant located in Chowol-eup, Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do. The menu at this restaurant consists of only three items: kudzu naengmyeon, eel soup, and kimchi pancake. The bibim naengmyeon comes with chewy noodles, a slice of pear, cucumber strips, a boiled egg, pickled radish, bibim sauce, and a small amount of broth, while the mul naengmyeon comes with a full bowl of broth. A bowl of kudzu naengmyeon is deliciously refreshing not only in summer but also in winter. The building is a remodeled private home, and you must put your shoes in the shoe rack before entering the hall.
