Jeongin Myeonok Pyeongyang Naengmyeon is a Pyeongyang naengmyeon specialty restaurant located in Gwangmyeong-dong, Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi-do. It was introduced as a famous Pyeongyang naengmyeon restaurant on the TV program 'Wednesday Food Talk' and was selected for the 2022 Michelin Guide. In addition to Pyeongyang naengmyeon, its mung bean pancakes and brisket boiled pork are also famous. Every morning, they grind the day's portion of buckwheat flour themselves and make the dough to extract noodles upon order. The broth is made with first-grade or higher beef brisket, and the boiled pork is made with brisket. Additionally, the mung bean pancakes are made with 100% mung beans.
