When you order naengmyeon, they serve a savory and slightly salty broth. The noodles of mul-naengmyeon (cold noodle soup) are very thin and chewy, with a light and clean broth. The hoe-bibim-naengmyeon (spicy cold noodles with raw fish) contains half an egg, radish, raw fish, and cucumber.
