Gamagol

Located in Bukjeong Housing District, Yangsan-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, Gamagol Sogalbi-jjim is a restaurant where you can enjoy braised beef short ribs at a reasonable price that has remained unchanged for over 10 years despite rising prices. One of its signature dishes, braised beef short ribs, is made with plenty of natural ingredients such as various fruits, fresh vegetables, kelp, homegrown shiitake mushrooms, and honey, resulting in tender and savory flavors. After finishing the ribs, you can mix bean sprouts with the remaining sauce or stir-fry rice with it for a delicious meal. The spiciness level can be adjusted: soy sauce flavor, mild, spicy, and very spicy. Another signature dish, makguksu (buckwheat noodles), follows a traditional method passed down through three generations in Gangneung, with noodles hand-kneaded and directly extruded by machine. The broth is made with plenty of vegetables, fruits, seafood, and mushrooms, giving it a refreshing and clean taste. Wanggalbi-tang (king rib soup) is a traditional flavor made by simmering carefully selected beef leg bones in an earthen pot over oak firewood, adding various fresh natural ingredients and brewing overnight. In particular, the ribs used in the soup are marinated and aged in advance, then boiled with the restaurant's secret ingredients, resulting in no gamey smell and a tender, clean taste.
