Gamami Camping Site

Gamami Camping Site is a campground located at Gamami-ro, Hongnong-eup, Yeonggwang-gun, Jeollanam-do. It covers an area of 45,000㎡ and consists of 26 general camping sites and 10 caravans. It is operated under consignment by the local government, with the village head managing and operating the site. Notably, it is adjacent to the beach, with decks installed on the white sand, and tents can also be set up within the beach area. Nearby, Gamami Beach is one of the top three summer resorts in Honam, featuring a crescent-shaped wide white sand beach backed by a long stretch of dense pine forest, creating a cozy atmosphere. The seawater is clear and not deep, making it easy for water play, and the fine sand beach is ideal for sand baths. From the beach, you can see the islands of Nando floating in the sea, and the sunset view is particularly spectacular.
