This is a traditional Japanese restaurant that confidently serves high-quality traditional Japanese raw fish and sushi. The owner, who also serves as the head chef, ended his 17-year career at a luxury hotel and opened this restaurant, claiming it to be the best traditional Japanese restaurant in Gwangju. The taste of the food here was so impressive that when former President Kim Dae-jung visited, he personally oversaw the cooking and even had it packed to take home because he couldn't forget the flavor.
