Gamnamujip

Shabu-shabu is boiled vigorously in a broth made by simmering pheasant bones, with water parsley, mushrooms, and other ingredients added. Even if you lightly dip the meat in the broth, it melts in your mouth with a soft texture. There is no fishy smell at all.
