Ganggu Port Snow Crab Street

It is the largest port in Yeongdeok-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do, and is famous for snow crabs. During the snow crab season from November to April or May of the following year, numerous snow crab fishing boats gather here. A snow crab auction market operates, and a restaurant district called 'Crab Street' stretches for 3 km. The Oshipcheon (Fifty Stream), a major river in Yeongdeok known for sweetfish fishing, flows into the sea south of Ganggu Port. It became a popular tourist attraction bustling with visitors year-round after gaining fame as the filming location for the drama 'You and I.'<br>
