Gangneung Education and Culture Center

Gangneung Education and Culture Center provides citizens with various basic information for education and daily life through online resources and books. In particular, it offers reading rooms and book lending services for students and citizens. Additionally, it supports various reading encouragement programs, learning programs, and reading club activities to promote lifelong learning. Notably, through a mobile library, it provides high-quality services such as traveling libraries and home delivery loans for the disabled.

Facility status: On the first floor, there are the director's office, general reference room, children's library, administrative support division, and literature information division. On the second floor, there are a digital library, IT training room, lounge, cultural activity room, lecture room, and college entrance support office. On the third floor, there are a study room, cultural activity division, conference room, club room, and multipurpose room.
