Why travelers stop here
Grandmother's Handmade Tofu is a handmade tofu specialty restaurant located at the entrance of Unaksan Mountain and the beginning of Hyeondeungsa Temple in Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do. Using domestic beans purchased from Gyeonggi-do, it offers dishes such as our bean cheonggukjang (fermented soybean paste stew), tofu hot pot, and kongguksu (noodles in cold soybean soup). The healthy and light taste of both the old-fashioned pressed tofu, steamed in a cauldron and pressed into a block, and the soft old-fashioned sundubu (soft tofu) is excellent. The pure acorn and chamnamul (wild parsley) seasoned salad, made with fresh chamnamul, is also popular among customers. Here, you can enjoy a healthy and delicious Korean table.
