Why travelers stop here
At the end of Yeogu Village in Geoje-si, there is an entrance leading to Gonggotji. Passing through this entrance and walking among the beautiful trees for about 20 minutes, you will reach Gonggotji, a farm covering approximately 45,000 pyeong. This place is a terraced field farm called 'Gonggotji' because the terrain protrudes like a buttock, and it is planted with about 50 species of trees and flowers, including daffodils and camellias. At the Mongdol Beach below Gonggotji, you can enjoy the beautiful natural scenery of Hallyeohaesang National Park. In winter, the daffodils planted here bloom in full glory, boasting an even more beautiful landscape. It is the filming location of the movie 'Palm Tree Forest' and is also one of the '8 Recommended Scenic Spots' designated by Geoje-si. As a tourist walking course, a 10km circular trail connecting Yeogu Village, Gonggotji, and Seoimal Lighthouse has been formed, attracting many tourists.<br>
