Gongwon Kalguksu

Located near Busan Cultural Center in Daeyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Gongwon Kalguksu offers a simple menu including water clam soup, Gongwon Kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), king mandu, bossam, and mini bossam. It is a popular kalguksu restaurant known for generous portions and great taste, often resulting in long waiting times. While the kalguksu itself is delicious, the kimchi is another highlight. Served alongside the noodles are spicy kimchi and radish kimchi, creating a unique combination with the kalguksu. After relocating the building next door, the previous parking lot behind the building is no longer available; due to inconvenience for residents, guests must now use the UN Park public parking lot across the street. After dining, you can get your parking ticket validated. The nearby Busan Cultural Center makes it a great spot to visit together.
