Destination briefing
Why travelers stop here
Gyorae Son Kalguksu, featuring impressive green hand-pulled noodles and rich chicken broth, is characterized by its building exterior that captures the essence of Jeju. It is very convenient to visit, with a large parking lot and a location right in front of a bus stop. The interior is also quite spacious, but it is often crowded with customers, so those visiting before 3 PM are advised to make a reservation. Popular menu items include the native chicken kalguksu with its rich broth and the clam kalguksu, and the accompanying kkakdugi (radish kimchi) and baechu kimchi (cabbage kimchi) are also clean and refreshing. After a hearty meal, it is nice to take a walk at nearby Geomun Oreum and Saryeoni Forest Path.
