Gimppeunheun Theater

Gimppeunheun Theater is a 250-seat small theater dedicated to plays, located in Sangmu District. It is a cultural landmark of Gwangju, offering popular and excellent works from Daehangno, Seoul, with new performances every month without a break. Because it is not an underground performance hall, it is pleasant, and the stepped seating arrangement ensures that no seat obstructs the view of the performance.

Performance tickets can be booked through three booking sites (NAVER, Interpark Ticket, YES24 Ticket), but some booking sites charge a ticketing fee. The box office opens 1 hour before the performance starts. If you did not select a seat during advance booking, seats are assigned sequentially from the center of the first row among remaining seats, excluding designated sales seats. If you book the event seat called 'Roller Coaster Seat', you can experience participating directly in the play.
