Gijang Son Kalguksu

A kalguksu specialty restaurant famous for its hand-made kalguksu (hand-pulled noodle soup). It was once featured on Baek Jong-won's 'Three Great Kings'. The broth, made from anchovies, is exceptionally flavorful with the addition of homemade seasoning sauce, red pepper powder, and minced garlic. While hand-pulled kalguksu is the signature dish, the spicy mixed kalguksu (bibim son kalguksu) is also very popular. The noodles have an uneven, unique texture that provides a great eating experience. If the kalguksu alone feels insufficient, it is recommended to also order kimbap.
