Neutinamu Hoetjip

Neutinamu Hoetjip is located in Cheongpungho Bibimbap Town and boasts a 40-year tradition. There are many restaurants near Cheongpungho in Jecheon, especially trout sashimi restaurants. The main menu items here are trout bibimhoe (mixed raw fish) and freshwater spicy stew. The trout sashimi mixed with soybean powder, garlic, sesame oil, carrots, perilla leaves, cabbage, cucumber, and wasabi with vinegar sauce is exquisite. In addition, you can enjoy charcoal-grilled garlic tteokgalbi, crucian carp bibimhoe, mandarin fish spicy stew, as well as tofu hot pot, acorn jelly, and potato pancakes. The bone hangover soup served after eating bibimhoe is also excellent. As it has a long history, the restaurant has aged but is kept clean, with tables and chairs for comfortable seating.
