Baekseom Marine Observatory is a marine deck connecting Baekseom Island, located behind Geojin, with the coastal road. It measures 137m in length, 2.5m in width, and 4 to 25m in height. The observatory was built from March 2019 to October 2020 as part of the 'Geojin Port Fishing Village Tourism Experience Village Development Project' and was opened to tourists on October 30, 2020. While walking over the beautiful East Sea, visitors can view Haegeumgang and Geumgudo to the north, and to the south, Geojin Port and Geojin 11-ri Beach unfold in a spectacular panorama. The observatory, at a height of 25m, features a transparent tempered glass floor, offering a thrilling experience as you walk across it.
