Daeseol Myeonok

In Miryang, there is a place where you can taste naengmyeon topped with Jinju-style yukjeon (pan-fried beef patty). It is Daeseol Myeonok, a restaurant whose name alone feels refreshing. Yukjeon Naengmyeon and Galbitang are its signature dishes, and it is a restaurant that puts care into every bowl of food. It has also won major awards in cooking competitions. In addition to the standard mul (water) naengmyeon and bibim (mixed) naengmyeon, the mul-bibim naengmyeon, a harmonious blend of the two, is a recently popular menu item. The thin noodles are topped with Jinju-style beef yukjeon as a garnish, which creates a perfect harmony with the texture of the noodles. For those who do not want noodles, there are also galbitang, galbijjim, and king mandu yukjeon.
