Bau Farmers Mall (Daegwallyeong Market)

Daegwallyeong Market is a community-based tourism enterprise (tourism dure) where local flea market celebrities gather to produce, develop, and sell tourist souvenirs of Pyeongchang-gun. The products include interior items, daily goods, and miscellaneous goods made from various materials such as home fashion, woodcraft, and quilting. The sales outlet, separate from the office and workshop, is based at 'Bau Farmers Mall' in Daegwallyeong. The plan is to establish at least one souvenir shop in each of the 8 myeons of Pyeongchang-gun. Currently, the focus is on developing characters and items in addition to existing products, but a wider variety of products is expected to be introduced around the start of the second half of the year.
