Cheonggyul Soba is a self-developed dish using immature green citrus, a representative fruit of Jeju Island. It offers a refreshing harmony of savory soba and tangy green citrus, and can be enjoyed in two set menus: a set with seasoned rice wrapped in seaweed and a potato croquette set. The homemade tsuyu adds a deeper flavor, and the noodles are chewy and savory, making it delicious.
